May Liu has been dedicated to fitness since 2017. Like many women, she initially turned to extreme dieting and excessive cardio in pursuit of weight loss—only to find it came at the cost of her health and menstrual cycle. That experience became a turning point. May redefined what “healthy” truly means and committed herself to strength training, balanced nutrition, and a sustainable lifestyle.

Today, she is a certified personal trainer through both NSCA and NASM, specializing in women’s strength training and powerlifting. Her mission is to empower women to feel strong, confident, and capable—both in and out of the gym.


May can knock out 10 pull-ups with assistance and deadlift 240 lbs (sumo style). Through her content, coaching, and recipes, she inspires thousands to ditch quick fixes and build real, lasting strength from the inside out.
